The only official PUBG MOBILE support and customer service team is in-game and service@pubgmobile.com. We never send you an e-mail from service@pubgmobile.com, or a friend request or private message on Discord, to offer you support. If someone impersonates us to convince you of otherwise, block them and report to Discord.

We are sending you this for awareness because hundreds of users have reported phishing attempts from accounts appearing as us. These accounts are fake and want to hijack your PUBG MOBILE account. Be cautious and do not trust anything they say.

You can adjust graphics and frame rate as shown in the sample. Generally, a lower graphics setting will provide a higher frame rate. The latency measured in milliseconds (ms) is more bounded with your network than the graphics settings.

You could do rubbish picker. That one is done fast. Enter any classic match, pick up 20+ attachments for weapons (mags, muzzles etc.) and you're done.

Hidden Achievements
1. Rubbish Picker - Pick up 20 gun-attachments.
2. Who Hit Me? - Die before you touch the ground (simple way to do so is parachuting outside zone)
3. Are We Teammates - Get killed by a teammate 20 times.
4. I'm So Unlucky - Damage 20 different players in one match without knocking them.
5. Poor Connection - Play a match while one of your teammates is disconnected 50 times.
6. Reap What You Sow - Get defeated by your own grenade 50 times.
7. Will Of Steel - Loose more than 1800hp in a single match.

You'll have to regain the merit before you can go back to playing regularly in squad and duo.

Please refrain from teaming up in the future, the consequences might get increasingly serious if you repeatedly get reported because of teaming up with enemy teams.
