PUBG MOBILE, Tencent, KRAFTON or moderators never ask you to:

- share your password with anyone
- share your SMS or e-mail verification codes with anyone
- log in with your PUBG MOBILE account outside of the game
- submit forms outside of the game for PUBG MOBILE support
- pay for any kind of support

The only official PUBG MOBILE support and customer service team is in-game and service@pubgmobile.com. We never send you an e-mail from service@pubgmobile.com, or a friend request or private message on Discord, to offer you support. If someone impersonates us to convince you of otherwise, block them and report to Discord.

NEVER SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT TO ANYONE, SUCH AS PHONE NUMBER, E-MAIL ADDRESS, PURCHASE RECEIPTS OR SECURITY QUESTIONS, UNLESS YOU COMMUNICATE WITH US IN-GAME.

We are sending you this for awareness because hundreds of users have reported phishing attempts from accounts appearing as us. These accounts are fake and want to hijack your PUBG MOBILE account. Be cautious and do not trust anything they say.
