V-Core 3.1 enclosed 400 interpretation of graphs
i replaced the belt because my pulley was down and now with the new belts i can't get it tensioned correctly. Now my belts are tightend to the maximum and i get this graph.
How can i interpret that ?

after unmout remount everything i got this
i tensioned the upper belt and got the right result

I would turn upper belt half turn up. Your peak at 110 is way to big, something wrong with EVA assembly
i found that the tri horn is doing the peak at 110
even if i tighten it to the max
for the sync
i tried to turn as much as i can but still not same frequecy 😦
it's a nightmare to not have any real guide for that

As asychev said there's something wrong with the EVA carriage. Either something is broken or loose. There should be no peak above 100 Hz. I'm struggling with similar issues so you are not alone 😄
Haha but I unmounted the Eva ... Nothing is broken I just found that the 4028 fanduct is doing noise at 100hz peak ... If I put a finger on it during the test... I get a good line ok the graph.
I think some people have fixed that by sanding both the printed part and the 4028 so they fit together better

Maybe 0.1mm pad/gasket printed in soft TPU helps? 🙂

For now I just try to get the both belts at 66-75 Hz

How did you end up fixing the 4028 issue?
The belts tightened nearly to the max
I actually shortened the belts ( on front side I pulled them 1 teeth more )
Ah nice, out of curiosity what are your shaper graphs?
I'm wondering if your accel will be lower because the compensation will be more for the lower frequency. I could be misunderstanding that though

To be honest I bought the RATRIG instead of voron for 2 things : speed and size ... But 5k is not What I expected from this hahaha. I was expecting at least 7k.
I'll wait info and keep you posted. I'm gonna contact ratrig support to know what are their best accel

5K on Y is pretty typical, difficult to get any better with stock setup
