i assume you mean through epic instead of through steam?
a couple of things. first, you have non-zero chance of getting banned from their servers by using mods on bloons td6. second, the nexus mods page for the bloons td 6 mod manager doesn't say anything about linux or windows, but if it runs off an exe then you require wine to run it, and then you can point to your epic version, wherever that's downloaded. no garuntee it will work, but it for sure outside the scope of this support area.

turns out i haven't used wine on this computor before so i'll get that figured out first which might take awhile

depending on how the mod is run, you can either use run exe on prefix or set an alternative exe

it's usually just running the mod loader on the prefix
should work assuming the mod loader does on wine
I haven't done it with this game but I have with another game with no issues
