Question: When pushing updates to GitHub repo, will those changes be updated in my custom domain?

I pushed a fix into my GitHub repo, which my site is being deployed from, merged to the main branch and was successfully rebuilt and deployed on the primary service domain to reflect the changes, but my custom GoDaddy domain thats being run through Cloudflare nameservers has yet to update, is this normal?
