so i know there is a fee based on the plans.. that's why i am checking with you guys
the included usage covers the 64 cents, then you are just left with the 5$ fee, theres nothing wrong with the math in the screenshot

Each month, you pay at least 5$ to cover the subscription cost. With that 5$ cost, 5$ of usage is included. Since your usage is ~0.64$, you don't have to pay for any additional usage
Simple questions like these can be answered here. Your question was likely deprioritized because it is answered so often here
To be very frank, @🇩🇴gmcamposano - we get 100 emails a day, and it's likely that this was buried. With that siad, Hobby devs don't get access to email support.

Unless the billing question is something like: "I need a refund" - explaining the discount system isn't something that we can do ad infinium.
We have the docs for that, now, if you were like- "I don't get this, heres some tips to make it clear."- then it moves into enhancement territory.
