What is the sizing like on their moccs? Is it like paraboot where I should be good going a half size down?
I would email them directly for sizing advice, it seems to be all over the place
My rocker mocs are just a little loose at tts
half size is the way to go but that's dependent on what last the shoe is on. ime, i go 0.5 down
I have seen that they recommend going down 1/2 size on their non-moccasin shoes, I usually go TTS for everything else. I don't have loafers by them though so that may be 1/2 down too
I have a pair of 8" maine guides, toyko db chukkas, a maine guide db ox, a kiltie rocker blucher, and some old sample boat shoes. I'm obsessed with yuketen (my wallet laments)
The rocker bluchers are soooo nice. I also love the maine guides but I don't find many secondhand.
I have the camp moc and I went a half size down. It fits near perfect with a little looseness in the heel. I wouldn’t size down any further than that as the last is on the narrower side and would throw off the fit entirely.
guess while i have the yuk fans hear i have a size 8 side lace tyrolean shoe fs if anyone is interested in a wacky and rare model

I lucked out in late 2019, had been checking ebay & grailed every week for about a year at that point and found a pair of boots on ebay in my exact size, never worn, for $125. I don't know if I've ever had such a coup since
Yuk secondhand can be brazy if you check often enough. Their sample sales are fun too cause you get to shop irl and talk to Yuki
they had this horsebit chukka boot on a commando sole that was stocked at moda operandi (out of business) a few years ago that i kick myself til this day for not getting
I have a love of Yuketen and normaly I take my normal size, I only size down (0.5) for the loafers.
For the Maine Guide, the rocker blutcher, etc, TTS for me
when I have time a take a family picture 🫣
never gotten out to LA for the sample sales, sadly. but I do have some burgundy camp sole boat shoes with floral imprint on them from some guy selling samples back in 2020

Are these Yuketen? Just thrifted them. Insole missing so no help there.
They could also be rancourt or quoddy
doubt they are yuketen. the brand is over the top about this stitch to finish the shoes as a trademark

I think they are old Maine Moccasin shoes based on the upper finishing and toebox. Look like cataumets

hard to tell 100%. I found this pic on their old instagram (I think it's pretty funny it's still up) that matches a lot of what yours have (toebox, waxed laces, vibram 2021 sole, eyelets)

at first look it's an 8" maine guide with some interesting detailing. my guess it was from a sample sale from over a few years ago
They didn't always document their samples as well as they do now so its difficult to say

Sometimes it's really complicated to find the name of a model at Yuketen.
I have a snake loafer from them, it looks like a pair from the Ronie Fieg collab, but with a few differences.
I asked Yuki for more info, and even he didn't know 😂

Mine are tan and I love them. Keeps the shoes nice and light(colored)

ok so a good to know for this thread: Yuketen is not offering resoling currently, but in the case of something like the rocker sole (which is made specially for yuketen) they will sell you one to have a local cobbler re-attach.

Anyone have Alejandros and can advise on sizing? 11.5 in MiUSA New Balance and 44 in Birks
45 in birks wearing a US 11 yuk cruz, which I assume sizes similarly to the Alejandro. Could probably have gotten a US 10.5 but I have quite narrow/low volume feet.

Those might be ok for you, IIRC Yuketen tends to run a half size large. But I think that might just be for mocs, not sure about their boots.
I’m personally kind of eh on the guide boots as a style, what I really love Yuketen for is their mocs/blushers with the more fun designs
But I could see it maybe working with your style

I am personally more eh on the 6" ones and I just wear the tokyo db chukkas if I want a lower boot; the 8" maine guides on the other hand 🥲
Sadly, they continue to get more expensive, and are doing more limited maine guide rtw runs year after year

I'm an EU 45 most the time, I have Yuks in 9.5, 10.5 and 11.5 US and all are kinda fine. Mocs are fairly forgiving IME.

Very few resources on internet to see Yukon boots on actual human models
if you follow either @yuketenbymegco or @yukimatsuda on instagram they sometimes feature people wearing them that tag them in their stories
Or they post model photos when they do shoots
if i ever muster up the courage to post fit in here you can see them on me, too lol
