Euclid probing issue (new install)

Hi guys, I just installed a Euclid for my v-core. I followed the ratos documentation and so far it is working when doing test probing, Homing Z, etc. Now for some reason, when I start a print and it goes to probe the prime location, the bed lowers to the point where it starts dragging the probe on the bed and moves there and knocks off the probe. I am unsure as to why it happens.

Does the probe hit the print surface? Or is it going off the side?

what is your z-hop distance (your too close to the bed..need to bump up to 15-20mm)

It hits the print surfac Z-hop is default. I haven’t changed anything, but this is during probing before the actual print starts so I’m not sure how it’s related. All the other probing is fine. Found the issue. Horizontal_move_z was set lower than the z offset. Really weird how I was able to do a bed mesh normally. Then it throws the error after the bed mesh is done
