How to adjust tool settings and material settings
So in the video above you can see me doing some different steps:
(The UI has changed a bit since this video was created but the steps remain the same)
1. Selecting the landscape.
2. Clicking on the Tool Settings Hint, which opens a floating panel where I can adjust quick settings linked to whatever I had selected before clicking the Tool Settings Hint.
a) If you had your terrain (created from Dash) selected it will open some quick settings for adjusting the terrain
b) If you have a scatter instance selected it will open the quick settings for adjusting that scatter settings
c) and so on depending on what you had selected
3. Making sure my terrain is selected and clicking on the Material Hint will bring up a floating quick settings bar for adjusting some parameters of the material of whatever actor I had selected. In this case the material of my landscape. This only works with materials and assets from our Content Library for now. (This only works in UE 5.2 and 5.3 as of right now, we are working on bringing it to 5.1 and 5.0)
