rapido uhf(old) Heater not heating properly

So i just finished a Print and I tried to print something New and I got this error. What I saw is that the temperature went backwards from 50 to 49 for example. us there anything I can do

Not even asking what those other tabs are kekw did you restart the whole printer and tried again? checked the connection of the hotend cables is good? if yes - disconnect the connector and measure the resistance!

its an artist lol, but yeah i did restart and checked connections. guess ill measure when im home again thanks alot @seriosha so if I measured correctly i got 0.3ohm on both cables

You need to measure from one lead to the other, or even better, from one of the contact patches on the heater to the other patch the cables have to be disconnected in any case

That's bad unfortunately. If you do the Math - the Heating Element is rated at ?105Watts? at 24V that means you should measure UĀ²/P = R Ohms, so about 5,5 Ohms. 0 to 0.3 Ohms basically means that your heater shorted out

i got the new heater block and only from heaterblock connection to heaterblock i got 6ohm on both but it still doesnt work. i guess the cable is fucked too somehow

What do you get only from pad to pad on the heater itself? And checking everything down the line to the board after having a short is a good thing anyway šŸ‘

with a different cable it still doesnt work changed the slots for the thermistor and heater slot. do i have to change the thermistor ? it says 104NT-4 but i dont know from what company i fixed it

@seriosha i have no clue. i restarted it for the 10th time(probably changed something that i cant remember)and then it worked, but now my prints have theese weird layer lines.

that's a new help thread i guess šŸ˜… But if you printed well before. you should of course look into what changed. easier said than done ofc, but this looks mechanical
