What is causing this look in my new suit?
Bought this suit a few months back before a wedding. Wore it to the wedding and never since. Today I pulled it out and I noticed these wrinkle like lines by shoulders. It’s almost like there is suddenly too much fabric.
What’s going on here and can I fix it?

Did you change shape/size? Do you have photos before showing these wrinkles weren't there? A few months on a plain hanger shouldn't have ruined anything, it tends to take longer for unsupported shoulders to become a problem, but if you hung it on a very weird shaped hanger it could have deformed (hopefully not permanently.) Beyond that, I don't have any specific answers to you, would probably tell you to go see a tailor.
