when gaining weight eat something rich with carbs like quinoa, buckwheat,beans also potatoes, include healthy fats, try not to eat many fruits but if u do eat dried fruits, also whole grain bread helps and as for protein eggs, chicken, fish. and after u workout eat a big meal

i generally dont eat fast/processed food i only eat from home and the reason im 97kg is bcoz of covid i sat on a chair 24/7
