is these pair if berwick 4545 loafers good for both casual and office styles?

I would say they are a bit sleek for casual wear. I prefer the ones that you say you really want. And in any case I would say that it’s better to save up for the ones you actually want (or wait for them to pop up second hand in a similar deal) than buying something else because it’s cheaper. Getting what you really want will be worth it!
