MySQL connections

Does cloudflare detect MySQL connections on http or https or not? And is this allowed?

Ik but what if you route them via http(s) Okay. Because I need a domain to route it because I dont have a static ip and also dont really want one. ANd cloudflare drops every request that isnt http(s). On proxy and dns mode :/
