Looks like a table so I'd use a table
but same thing can be acheived using flexbox also . is there will be any issues if i use flexbox for this and not tables
Well your HTML won't be semantic, so you'd lose out a bit on accessibility but you could use a flexbox, yea.
Always better to try to use the semantic option though.
