Rcon is not working
for my part, I checked everything, it works correctly, I also asked the hosting company to check, they told me to contact you, as everything looks good from their side.

When you run

Just to validate where the problem lies, can you try connecting with another tool? Anything should do. I think FP has a command line RCON tool you can use

Doubtful. We're not having a connection issue. It's the server refusing to respond to the command after we've connected

No, I have several servers, (4) and that's where the problem came in. I don't understand why. Yesterday everything was working, now it's not.
I'm unsure what the issue is, but something is wrong with the server if two RCON tools can't get it to respond to a command
I'd restart it when you can. If that doesn't work then I'm not sure what you'll need to do

I don't think it would solve your problem but it can't hurt as long as you have the ability
