hey, i have the same problem, does it print after you do just firmware restart? Not restarting the PI?
I have a spider v2.3, rasp pi 4b, and 64-bit version though
Powering the pi from the BTT is unstable. You are likely getting under voltage. It's better to use a buck converter to step down the 24v PSU to 5v or a separate 5v PSU just for the pi
I went with this buck converter. It's convenient since it has a USB plug already

@skyline131313 yes it fine after restart all
@vitamin_g42069 thanks for the tipp i will try it. I think also the Connector from btt to pi is Not perfect
Happy to help! Btw the link I sent is the version with micro USB. If you go this route you'll want the version with USB C
Thanks Yes i ordered a 3amp usb c version 😊
Curious I have a 5v 5a psu powering my pi and I still have the same problem. I checked the voltage when it was probing and it was fine. Not that it really is that demanding. Have also done 10+ hrs prints without issue, just sometimes when it is probing
There are a few different things that can cause that issue. The problem being intermittent makes it even harder to diagnose. It would be better for you to make a separate post so we don't hijack this one
