Sneaker Recommendations for Standing for long periods
Just got a new retail job and I'm on my feet all day. Lots of people in film wear Hoka but I'm curious if there's any other brands (or specific models) I should consider.

i’m usually in salomon xt6 or odyssey 1 advanced
also the hoka tor ultra low or the kaha low
also got some crocs dylans i’ve been wearing a lot as well but not a sneaker
XT-4/6 for pretty but I think if you're doing retail for anything but fashion you might want to get something more retail/service focused
Ur feet will thank u
I honestly don't know how durable your sneakers should be. If you want shoes that are really comfortable then I would suggest you to get running sneakers because they usually have the best cushion. The ones that I would spontaneously suggest are either Adidas Boost Sneakers (Yeezy 350s, NMD CS, Ultraboost 21, etc.), Nike Air Zoom Tempo, New Balance Freshfoam 1080 or the Asics Gel Nimbus 25.
+1 for ultraboosts
Hoka Arahi have great support, I get foot pain and they're the only running shoes that work for me
Thanks for the suggestions!
What service/retail focused shoes would those be?
It is fashion retail though.
Yeah I have flat ass feet, I'll check em out.
clogs r the classic
but running shoes probably a decent alt
trail runners too
anything with lots of cushion and hold
just remember you'll have to replace them when the inners are too collapsed or if you heel drag too much or something
Got a pair of Hoka arahi coming in
Went more fun colors
New Balance 327's are super comfy, affordable, and come in many colors. I've had mine for a year and have gotten a lot of wear out of em. Still super comfy to walk in and I've gotten a number of compliments on them too
