Can i disable sign up ?

Dear novu team, is there a way to disable sign up ? I think i've seen an environment variable for that but i don't remember where.

DISABLE_USER_REGISTRATION is the env var. https://github.com/novuhq/novu/blob/next/docker/.env.example#LL33C1-L33C1
