iFrame Can't make it the size I want

I can't choose smaller than 25% or put something manually. Is there something that I'm missing here? 🙂 Thanks in advance. This is all very new for me.

good question, I will take a look tomorrow 🙂 But found it weird that I can't scroll above 25% and for the height the same.
