Deployment stuck while pushing the image and failing after ~30mins

Hi, I have 4 environment in a project. I'm deploying fastapi application using uvicorn, it was taking ~12 mins before to build. now it stuck while pushing the image and failing after ~30mins(looks like timeout). what can I do?
