Error 500 can mean a lot of things. Run the command below to get the error logs from the panel, it may help in diagnosing the issues.

Linux mint is a desktop operating system, not a server OS. So it wouldn’t make much sense to install it on there, also we only support what the panel supports

you are making user for the panel or for the wings ? (the mysql to make panel work or the mysql to connect for example a minecraft plugin)
