Calibration after upgrade

Hello guys, I did the 3.1 upgrade and installed a rapido 2 on my v core 500. However nothing comes out as it should. Just printed a calibration cube, could you guys help me fix it? The material is coffee pla. Printing another cube now with white pla+ Tested both PrusaSlicer and SuperSlicer
