How to get rid of vibrations?
I am not getting satisfactory results even after input shaping.
what should i check or what can be the issue?

Looks like to much tension on the belts. Try losen them up and print again

Based on IS graphs I would not say belts are too tight
But worth checking of course
i just did the xy assembly again

guys need need some opinions on what to check
Make a video of how you pluck the belts. Just to show us how strong they are tensioned
loosened the belts a little and aligned xy
tried tensioning the belt a bit tighter using the spectroid app

Your new belt tension graphs are worse than your original. You want two peaks like the original with both belts peaking at roughly the same frequencies
Input shaper is added to your .cfg?
