Use Volume with grafana will permission denied

I was configed volume and data path, but when i start my grafana, it will crash.
This is log:
Error: ✗ failed to connect to database: failed to create SQLite database file "/data/grafana.db": open /data/grafana.db: permission denied

wI guess because this image doesn't use root ro run
correct, the volume is mounted as root
try setting a service variable RAILWAY_RUN_UID to 0
