Railway debit card declined

I was shifting to hobby plan today, my debit card payment was declined i only saw the error your card was declined My card is Visa debit card , my location is Pakistan. Is there any issue regarding accepting payments from a specific country?

Maybe stripe is flagging it as insecure due to pakistan being a high risk country but i recommend you to mail billing@railway.app in order to get a more specific response

send an email to them like hys suggested, but also call your bank and ask if the payment was declined from the banks side too
