Depends on vibes, but streetwear brands.
Off the top of my head: Stussy, Supreme, Noah, Palace, Online Ceramics, Cav Empt, Undercover, Parra, Brain Dead, and ERL

I'm partial to vintage when it comes to graphic tees. Plenty to be had on eBay in both the vintage and men's clothing sections. Adding the made in USA filter helps to sift out non vintage stuff but as with anything on eBay it still takes some searching.
