Horizontal scaling settings through API
Just wondering prior to upgrading to team license if this is also possible to update through API's

if you can do it in the website you can do it in the api
show me how, I tried, and again, and did not figure it out, I took the requests from the website but the api response is that replicas cannot be modified via API
