Home wired network speed bottleneck

Hi there. Can someone explain me, when all my internal network is prepared for Gigabit speeds, but when I work in it it’s limited to 110Mbs. Where is problem? Cable: cat6 NAs: Synology DS420+ with two Seagate Exos X18 512E ST18000NM000J 18Tb Network card: TP-LINK TG-3468 SSD: 1 TB AData x8200 Switch: TP-link TL-SG108 OS:Windows 10

What kind of stuff are you doing that's outputting those kinds of speeds? Are you reading from / writing to that Synology NAS?
