stained sport coat lining, options?

I recently purchased this sport coat from a thrift store. Harris tweed outer, viscose lining. The lining as you can tell us pretty stained, presumably from sweat. I'm unsure if this is something a dry cleaner would be able to clean, would they? Or should it be relined?
