[REGRESSION] Shared env RAILWAY_DOCKERFILE_PATH doesn't work anymore
When I share RAILWAY_DOCKERFILE_PATH with Doppler it's not taking into account and I have to manually set RAILWAY_DOCKERFILE_PATH to my Dockerfile so it's working
This bug was introduce since this week.

im unable to reproduce this, i can see the rendered variable in the ui without issue, could you provide steps to reproduce this?

An optimization was made related to this which caused the regression. A fix should be out soon
