Horizontal scaling on hobby plan

I see that on the pricing page horizontal scaling is only on pro plan, but in my hobby account I still see the replicas field and I can deploy multiple replicas. So are there more features on the pro plan for horizontal scaling or what's going on?

don't know why it's listed in the pro card, there's nothing extra pro offers for hscale at this time
