Ghosting on Apollo 87H-T-SC PCB

I have had this PCB for about a month now and I've been noticing ghosting issues few weeks in using this. Sometimes a certain key won't work, like I will spam it and it won't register (or register a certain % of the time). I did a quick fix of this and replaced the switch and it worked fine. Then over time, more of the random keys start to ghost as well and I did a quick fix of this by replacing those switches. Day by day, there's more random keys that start to ghost and I don't know what's causing this or how to permanently fix this. I have downloaded all the firmware for this PCB and I have checked the PCB sockets which they seem fine. It probably shouldn't be an over lubed switch issue because the switches work until some day some keys don't decide to work properly? Help appreciated.

Have the replaced switches given the same issue?

As of now, no. The replaced switches don't have issues. The key that was ghosting yesterday "6" is not ghosting anymore as of today and I did not do anything. So far everything's working but I am expecting another random key to ghost again in the next few days or so... I know it's really weird...
