Querying DB through dashboard

When I try yo query my MySQL db from the dashboard tab, I end up in a blank page, why is that?

when i run this, page blanks out database has two rows fresh new

the query tab is very rudimentary, I would recommend using something like mysql workbench

mysql workbench, dbgate, any kind of desktop software like that is what you would want to be using
