ssh connection at service

railway is not a VPS service, they don't provide ssh access and they don't provide operating system choices, railway is a code deployment platform give their docs a read through https://docs.railway.app/

all access to the volume must be done through the service it's attached to railway doesn't provide a native file browser for the volume
