I am not the team, but they would ask you to do the same thing, so to speed up the process I will ask you. Create a GitHub repository named Railway-2FA-Reset in the GitHub account linked to your Railway account you'd like to remove 2FA from, and link it here

I haven’t been able to deploy my project for 5 days, so far this is the worst experience with access restoration

The team is on a work retreat this week. You will have to wait for them to get back or get lucky and be one of the few tickets who are serviced this week. As a subscriber to the hobby plan, you are not entitled to an SLA response time from the team. That is reserved for members of the Pro plan.

The irony is that I originally wrote about my payment problem. I paid, but my access was not unlocked, after which I lost access to my account. I really liked your service and used it for about a year. I would understand the expectation if I had a technical problem with the setup or something similar, but this is a situation in which I am forced to receive such an attitude in matters of access to my account and payment. This is ridiculous

All I can say here is just to reiterate what I said above. You will have to wait for the team to respond Additionally, it has only been 2 days since you posted here. The SLA for pro plan is 3-5 days. This wait time is not abnormal

Done, I've removed 2FA for you, and gave you some credits - really sorry for the delay here
