psycopg2.OperationalError: SSL SYSCALL error: EOF detected

Got this err from my just one of my idential services connected to a railway postgres. I am being told this may be a network issue? Has anyone experienced something similar? The query it was attempting does not take long. After this i kept seeing psycopg2.InterfaceError: cursor already closed
