is says in the doc to "Configure the third-party security product to allow the WARP ingress IPs and ports" but where exactly do i do that?

It means that whatever network you are on is blocking UDP traffic. That can happen if you're on a school network, a corporate network sometimes, or if your own router is configured to block UDP. What kind of network are you on?

it's my home network. how do i configure it to not block it?
Isaac McFadyen
It will depend on your router. You will likely need to go in and change some setting somewhere. It also might be your Internet Service Provider, in which case you won't be able to change it unfortunately.

it used to work fine even just a few weeks ago but one day it suddenly stopped working but i still can use other vpns

If you didn't change any settings anywhere then it might be your ISP.

probably

WARP is based on Wireguard which is a specific type of VPN. Other VPNs use a different technology that might work. That's why some will work and some won't. If you didn't change any setting, and it just stopped, then it's not likely a setting you can change. If your ISP changed something then you won't be able to change it back since it would be something on their side.

got it. then i will just ask my ISP about it thanks man

If they ask, it's ports UDP 2408, UDP 500, UDP 1701, or UDP 4500 Any one of them will work (2408 is best, others are fallbacks)
