Grafana On-Call Provider

@Siddharth First, I asked the requestor there use-case. So we well see what they are looking for.
Second, I think (my assumption from reading the docs https://grafana.com/docs/oncall/latest/integrations/webhook/) what they are looking for is a push provider that they can push data to, to activate an alert for an on-call.
To your question about notifying people, I do not think that there needs to be two providers just the push as users can use email providers in novu to also alert outside of what grafana on-call does.

Yes mine was same doubt using webhook grafana on call will send novu the details but then we should notify to end user so I guess we should use existing providers to notify end user
Let's see what response we get from the author on github in mean time if there is any other issue I can try to work on it as well
