Continous Loading

I installed the .deb version and tried launching the app but all it does is continoulsy load but never launches

try using the flatpak or try to open heroic from a terminal and see if there's any information in the output also continuously load but never launches is not clear enough, what do you mean? a window appears but nothing shows up? a process is running but no window? heroic starts but there's a loading animation that never ends? it can mean too many things
