Error in Update Script

Hey I keep getting this popup at least once an hour. As well as an error when trying to run ostree update. The popup shows even when I have dnd turned on and it is quite annoying! Any ideas on how to fix? I did remove waydroid to try and fix a prior issue and I think it may be the culprit here but I am not sure, and I definitely dont know how to fix it even if it is.
