Nameservers not updated when moved to cloudflare, how do i contact Cloudflare when on pro plan
hi all, i bit the bullet and moved nameservers to cloudflare, I checked with support and was told this would take a couple of hours so scheduled overnight, 12 hours later the domain is inaccesible and all services for our business our down https://www.carma.earth , I upgraded my plan to speak to support but cannt access livechat from the pro plan, really stuck and worried? anybody know any shortcuts to speak to support or what to do?
