So every time I deploy a code from github it always fails and idk why and I need help

Yeah, unfortunately that would not be allowed on Railway. But to remove the ultraviolet requirement, you would remove the line from the package.json file. But hosting that is a great way to get yourself banned

Because your project uses the ultraviolet dependency. It's a banned dependency
If you are not using that dependency directly, check the dependencies of the packages you are using, as one of them might be using it
