sneakers for work

Hi guys, my current work shoes (stan smiths) are finally giving up, so I'm looking for a new pairs. I'm looking for something comfy for long shifts on my feet, can take dirt well (easy to clean or looks good distressed), and that I can wear outside of work. Grippy soles would be a plus since the floors can get very slippery, but doesn't need to be heavy duty with steel toes or anything. Looking at xt6's rn, but open to recommendations for cheaper options, like under $160. Always open to secondhand. https://stockx.com/salomon-xt-6-gore-tex-black-lunar-rock

half a size up is what I think most ppl do I usually wear US9 so I got 9.5 in both XT4 and XT6

Hokas and NB99x are very comfy for being on your feet. I'm surprised you survive in Stans Check out TRR, they often have a decent selection of gently used footwear

Asics gel Kayano 14 are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Highly recommend a pair.
