i need help asap our billing cant be updated and cant be settled

eb2a6a73-785b-4fca-a181-fe3646ecda9a i cant able to settle the balance due to card error im from the philippines and i only have card from e wallet the name of the company of the prepaid cards i have is gcash and maya but the invoice payment declines it and the adding of payment method in the invoice is gone so i cant settle the payment please help me on fixing it me and my groupmates really need this for our school the program we deploy is our thesis/capstone project so that's why it is important to me to fix it

For billing related inquiries you should email billing@railway.app Although they do take a bit to respond

i already did that but thanks tho and yea they do take a bit to respond i just really need to fix this asap i already have the payment tho but i do not have a card from a bank i only have card from an e-wallet in my country and i cant sleep and its already 1 36 am here in my country
