Must Generate Electricity without Batteries
Cannot use artifical heat sources (Heat, Incinerate, Lighning, Plasma, Fire) (You can use abit of fire to start a self sustaining one)
Cannot use machines, exeptions apply to wires, ewalls, coolers, freezeres, and cloners
Cannot use energy, except for Neutrons
Cannot use weapons
Cannot use states (Ie, melted materials)
Cannot use Sun, Torch, or Random
Sensors are allowed as a turbine.
(Note: Energies, States, Etc may be used if NATURALLY OCCURING)
Exemptions apply for States if:
The state is used as a coolant, tempuratures must not exceed 100C naturally
