Issue adding my custom domain from IONOS
Hi there,
When I try to setup the CNAME record on my host I get the following error shown in the screenshot:
A NAME record can only be set for a subdomain. To alias your main domain please use Redirect
Solution:Jump to solution
Most nameservers, including the one you're using, don't support CNAMEs on the root, which is what you want to do
To work around this you can use cloudflare nameservers instead...

You'd need to use a cloudflare nameserver
