I lost my credits from prepaid plan

As the title suggests, i purchased the prepaid plan one month ago because I don't really need more than that, 5$ is enough for a whole year, i just have one small project, but somehow my credits disappeared, it's 0$, even though the "current usage" didn't even exceed $1, do credits expire?, does the usage-based subscription affect projects? because after the prepaid subscription ended, my project turned off

Solution:
Credits do not expire unless you cancel your subscription while you still have credits, then the credits in your account gets removed I think it'd be best if you email billing@railway.app regarding this issue...

I'm guessing you thought the the plan was a one time payment, but it is a monthly payment of 5$ and credits are used towards the monthly subscription payment, this is where your credits have gone, there's no need to email railway as theres nothing out of the ordinary happening here @Sebastian tag for visibility

Oh my bad, thought they had their 5 dollar fee waived since they didn't get charged in previous months ( but I guess those only show the credits you purchase, idk )

it's zero because their credits covered the fee, thus the zero dollar bill
