bondtech lgx lite skipps

hey i have a bondtech lgx and it seams to skip on the filament like im pushing it. anyone have any ideas what might be going wrong it uses the Duet 3 Mini 5+ but im worried the wires are messed up couldn't find definitive way to wire up the motor
