Hey! Sorry to butt-in here, but it seems like you're asking about missing in-game textures and collisions (roads, floors and walls).
If this is the case, check if you have enough VRAM by using
cl_drawperf 1
in F8
and try putting your FiveM and GTA installations on a fast drive (typically an SSD).
If the problem persists, you can try to raise the Extended Texture Budget setting within the pause menu:
Drop your texture quality to Normal
It's like I'm in another world because I don't see a any player on the map
it's like I'm not fully uploaded to the server
If the above two things didn't work, check the capacity of your C drive and/or put FiveM games on an SSD
Otherwise, theres not much we can do
