Commissioning: can't do PID, no voltage to SSR/hotend heater. Octopus/Rapido HF/stock bed.

Following the commissioning script, I arrived to PID section. In both cases, hotend and the bed, I am getting the same error:
Heater extruder not heating at expected rate.
I checked circuits, redid the wiring (everything by the book) and finally got to checking the voltage. And here is the problem: while executing respective PID_CALIBRATE commands, Octopus doesn't show any voltage at the output connectors. There is no smell, no sign of short circuit, either. I also visually inspected three on-board 15A breakers - all ok. It seems the root of the problem is somewhere at Octopus. Now, is it a faulty board or some omission of mine, I cannot tell. As far as I can see, I did (and re-did) everything according to the wiring instruction online. Here are links to videoclips, documenting the process. #1: https://nc.tepewu.pl/s/Jwq67r28KdQo2K6 #2: https://nc.tepewu.pl/s/5gjiSkJrBrPLbqo I notified RatRig and I am waiting for their feedback.

Did you confirm pin in printer.cfg matches the actual connection?
